Because we believe this allows quick expansion of the business
using new franchisees financial resources.

Starting a new food franchise is difficult at best.
You have to look at serving up something different and
unique. Our slogan
will be Skewer Me with Piercingly Healthy Food. We want to create a healthy, unique, fast-serving alternative
to hamburger, sandwiches and pizza.
We are seeking an investor with experience in franchising
concepts as this will be a start up. |

Flipping
Businesses |
| We
believe like flipping real estate there is an opportunity to flip
businesses. RIBOC
would find a business “fixer” which we think has problems we
can come in and solve. We
expect to hold onto these businesses for 3 months up to 2 years.
We would split the proceeds with our investor.
